Find a boat
A guest looks for a day on the Red Sea. The figure on the brand site is the figure to pay: no surprise port tax, no mandatory tip added on the dock.
Parent company · In formation
The company behind Seekaboat.
Rabbit29 is the company we are incorporating in the Republic of Cyprus. It will own and operate Seekaboat — boat rentals on the Red Sea, held to an international standard.
01
What this
company is
Rabbit29 is the parent. Seekaboat is the brand. People do not come here to rent a boat. They go to Seekaboat. This page is the company that will stand behind that name.
When the Cyprus entity is formed, it is the company that develops the product, holds the brand, and answers for it. Until the registrar issues a number, Rabbit29 is a company in formation, and this site is its public notice.
01
Parent
The company sits above the brand. Product, name, and responsibility stay with Rabbit29.
02
Brand
Seekaboat is the name a guest or an owner meets. This website does not take a booking.
03
Market
The water is the Red Sea, from Hurghada. The guest is not assumed to be local.
02 · The brand
Seekaboat
Seekaboat is how a guest finds a boat on the Red Sea, and how an owner lists one. An international team runs it from Hurghada. The standard is plain: show the real price, speak the guest’s language, and do not invent a fee at the dock.
List a boat
An owner adds a boat. Ornik, the digital manifest, takes the paperwork that used to live in a folder on the quay.
A person answers
Support sits inside the product. The team in Hurghada does not share one language, and the guest should not have to either.
Boats are published on the brand site as listings go up. Rabbit29 does not take reservations.

Cyprus
The legal entity is being registered in the Republic of Cyprus.
Cyprus is in the European Union, and business there is done in English. It is a practical home for a company whose brand sells days on the water in Egypt, to guests who come from somewhere else.
